GNSS Satellite Monitor — Android GPS/GNSS satellite sky-plot utility
"GNSS 卫星监视"（以下简称"本应用"）不收集、不存储、不上传任何个人数据。应用通过 Android 系统的定位服务（ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION 权限）读取手机 GPS 芯片实时接收到的卫星信号数据（如卫星编号、所属星座、信号强度、仰角、方位角）和当前坐标，仅用于在屏幕上实时显示，处理过程完全在你的设备本地完成。如果你添加了桌面小组件，即使应用主界面已关闭，本应用也会在后台继续读取同样的卫星与坐标数据以刷新小组件（详见下方"权限说明"），处理方式和用途不变，依然完全在本机进行。
GNSS Satellite Monitor ("the App") does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Using the ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION permission, it reads real-time GNSS satellite data (satellite ID, constellation, signal strength, elevation, azimuth) and coordinates directly from your device's GPS chip, solely to display them on screen. All processing happens locally on your device. If you add the home screen widget, the App continues reading the same satellite and coordinate data in the background even when its main screen is closed, purely to refresh the widget (see "Permissions" below) — the purpose and on-device-only processing remain unchanged.
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION — 用于读取 GPS/GNSS 卫星数据与当前坐标，是本应用核心功能所必需。FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_LOCATION — 仅当你把本应用的桌面小组件添加到主屏幕后才会启用，用于在应用关闭后继续读取卫星数据以刷新小组件；移除小组件后该服务会自动停止。POST_NOTIFICATIONS — 后台定位服务运行期间，Android 系统强制要求显示一条常驻通知（不可关闭、不可隐藏），用于明确提示你后台定位正在进行，这是操作系统的透明度要求，并非本应用主动推送的营销通知。本应用没有申请网络权限（INTERNET），也不包含任何第三方 SDK、广告插件或数据分析工具——技术上不具备将数据发送到任何外部服务器的能力，无论是否添加了桌面小组件。
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION — required to read GPS/GNSS satellite data and current coordinates, the App's core function.FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_LOCATION — only activated if you add the App's home screen widget; keeps reading satellite data after the App is closed so the widget stays up to date. Removing the widget automatically stops this service.POST_NOTIFICATIONS — while the background location service runs, Android requires an ongoing, non-dismissible notification to clearly disclose that background location tracking is active. This is an OS transparency requirement, not a marketing notification from the App.The App requests no INTERNET permission and includes no third-party SDKs, ad networks, or analytics tools — it has no technical means of sending any data to an external server, whether or not the widget is installed.
卫星与定位数据默认仅保存在手机内存中，供当前会话实时显示使用；关闭应用后数据即被清除。如果你添加了桌面小组件，本应用会把最新一次的卫星数量与坐标快照保存在设备本地的应用私有存储中（用于小组件离线也能显示上次数据），该数据始终只保存在你的设备上，不会写入任何云端或远程数据库，也不会同步给我们或任何第三方。
Satellite and location data are kept in memory by default for the current session's live display and are discarded when the App is closed. If you add the home screen widget, the App stores the most recent satellite count and coordinate snapshot in the App's private on-device storage (so the widget can still show last-known data). This data always stays on your device only — it is never written to any cloud service or remote database, nor synced to us or any third party.
本应用不与任何第三方共享、出售或传输用户数据，因为本应用从不收集这些数据，也不具备联网能力。
The App does not share, sell, or transfer user data to any third party — it never collects such data and has no network capability to do so in the first place.
本应用不专门面向儿童设计，也不会有意收集任何用户（包括儿童）的个人信息。
